About Me

I have done a lot of things in my life and have also worked in many different jobs to make a living and to experience life. This blog is just some of my musings, sometimes funny, sometimes inspirational, sometimes sad, sometimes angry, sometimes simple but all the time, it's just me.

Women in my life

Woman I can hardly express,
My mixed emotion at my thoughtlessness,
After all I'm forever in your debt,
And woman I will try express,
My inner feelings and thankfulness,
For showing me the meaning of success,
oooh well, well,
oooh well, well,
Woman I know you understand
The little child inside the man,
Please remember my life is in your hands,
And woman hold me close to your heart,
However, distant don't keep us apart,
After all it is written in the stars,
oooh well, well,
oooh well, well,
Woman please let me explain,
I never meant to cause you sorrow or pain,
So let me tell you again and again and again,
I love you (yeah, yeah) now and forever,
I love you (yeah, yeah) now and forever,
I love you (yeah, yeah) now and forever,
I love you (yeah, yeah)...
~ John Lennon

Tomorrow is International Women's Day, so I honor it today with the dearest females in my life. I know I cannot do justice or cover them all, and to that I am sorry, please forgive me.

A mother is dearest to a man's heart. I have written thing's about my mom Mummy and my mother in law Amma before and I have linked a few of them here if you would like to read. (Just click on the links above for "mom"; "Mummy" or "Amma" for previous blogs).

But briefly, a Mom is a wonderful person. My mom passed a long time ago but I still miss her at times, I miss her food at times, I miss her caring at times but she has moved on, I hope to something better. Mom's can also always be a pain in the neck, but only because they love you.

My mother in law treats me like a son, as she only has daughters. And as such, she treat me like a mom, with all the love and nagging too.

I love both of them dearly. They are friends and confidants.

My wifey, I have known for so many years, we are dearest of friends above many other things. She is a wonderful wife but she is also a great great friend. Someone that I can speak to easily and confide in. Someone that guides me to a better life.

My sister in laws whom I know a lot and to my sisters that I know very little, I love them all dearly.

My oldest female friend (not girlfriend) that I know is A. She now resides in US, happily married with two kids. I have known A since I was maybe 5 years old, maybe even younger.

Our parents were friends as such, we were too. We used to play all the games together. And when I went to US for my studies, she was amongst those that I visited.

Unfortunately, in her recent trip to Malaysia, I was unable to visit her. Our friendship remains as it always is. We are close, yet we may not speak to one another for months or years.

In school, I always went to a boys school, so only time exposed to females was maybe in From 5, when we would mix a little with the Form 6 girls.

My insurance agent right now was a friend I have known for that many years. M was in my brother's year and we were librarians together. M really had some funky Afro looking hair then but she remains a good friend to this day and all my insurance needs are through her. All you other insurance agents should not even bother trying to sell me any insurance.

When I went to college in KDU, somehow while most of my friends were attracted to Chinese girls, I was attracted to mostly Malay girls who were my dearest and closest friends. I had a Nur, Sur and Fz. As time passed, so did our friendships but to this day, I do keep in touch every now and then to Fz.

When I went to University in UWSP, I had many female friends and went on a few dates too. I remember Christy the most as she was a good dear friend and she was one of those who had been to Malaysia before as the father taught in Malaysia. Another friend I remember well in Ann who was a sister of my good friend and someone whom we grew to be dear friends. Both of them are long lost and never found even in Facebook.

My host family taught me about pets and caring for animals and nature.

When I went to camp in New York, I drove there with Mary Ann and we become good friends. In camp, I had a girlfriend Tammy Sue but it only lasted the summer. Among my other dear friends then was Rebecca. Again, all friends whom I do not have contact with anymore.

When I worked, I came across many female journalist whom many are friends till today. I will not mention names, but some are friends whom I still keep in touch with.

In my other work areas, I had once nearly 100 females reporting to me when I was a facilitator. In a small turnkey software company, I also knew many programmers and friends whom I am in touch with. In all companies, I keep in touch now thanks to the invention of Internet.

In my spiritual journey, I have met many women whom I admire. Mother of Wisdom (you know who you are), my master in animal communication Rossina, my master in crystal Shirley, and other masters I have met including my partial guardian Prtyangara Dewi.

The women in my life; my wife and mothers, other wifes and mothers, from facilitators to project managers, from journalists to engineers, from bloggers to blog followers; from spiritual guardians to human guidance; have been in all walks of life, all backgrounds, all types of experiences and I respect all of them from the bottom of my heart, I love them all, and I seek their forgiveness in general for all the stupidity of men.

I thank you and wish you a happy International Women's Day.

Take care and be well.

Liked your blog a lot :). I don't want to spam, but a small request. Am having a kindle blog on my own and was wondering if you can help me drive traffic by including a link of it in your blog. (http://amazon-kindle-deals.blogspot.com )

AS special as the women in your life are to you, so are you special to them.
Words of appreciation are always wonderful. They make us feel like the things we do and are mean something.

Lovely post.
