Was so sick today, some bug in my stomach. Likely a bacteria, maybe helicobacter pylori.

Got up in the morning with the world spinning around me, but managed to take a shower and get ready for my course.

After doing the morning routine of 3S - Shower, shave and s...; put on my clothes and then my stomach started churning.

Quickly got hold of a small bucket and puked in it. Mostly liquid.

But hero as I am, still decided to go for my course. But could not take it and came back home at lunch time.

And puked again.

Then again after trying to take some acai berry drink.

And again after taking some oral rehydration salts.

Only thing I could keep down was water.

Pappa was doing his best in his ability to take care of me.

Of course hero for today, Dr B came over and gave me a check-up as I was unable to drive.

After lunch, all I did was lay on the bed, drink water and throw up.

But after the jab, some meds, I was and am doing better.

Still a lot of gastric juices in the stomach, still some burning sensation, still the bacteria in there, but I am on my feet and able to go for training.
